Proposed CSA Budget 2009 Revealed?

The information below was received in the mail by The BC Soccer Web this past week from an unidentified source.
A typewritten, unsigned cover note read: “This may be of interest to you. One of several versions of the CSA budget for 2009. Not sure if this is the most current version.”
The numbers appear to correspond with what little detail the CSA has released. At the very least, the numbers likely provide some insight into the CSA’s income sources and spending priorities at a level of detail not typically available to the general membership.
This kind of information is very pertinent however as the CSA conducts its tour of the provinces seeking an increase in the player registration tax it collects from the provincial associations.
